The above photo (full version here) was taken in 1932, when responsible citizens were finally deciding they had endured enough of the crime, violence, and corruption caused by Alcohol Prohibition. We have reached another such point in American History with the so-called "War on Drugs," but reforming the laws will require serious, coordinated activism.  Citizens must "Send the Right Message" to lawmakers, and lawmakers must find the courage to support sensible policy alternatives.
